Deliveries and Returns

Shipping:

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. As a small business that makes all products by hand in small batches, we appreciate your patience in case of any unforeseen delay. 

We will notify you once your order has been posted and provide you with tracking information. 

All orders made on Friday and Weekends will be posted the following Monday (or next working day if Bank Holiday).

  • UK Standard Tracked: £2.99. Please allow 2-4 business days upon postage. 

  • UK Express Tracked: £4.99 and it is available for orders Mon-Thu before 12pm. We will post your order using Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature and delivery aim is in the next business days. 

Please note we cannot take responsibility for extra delays caused by any couriers once the item has been posted. 

 

Returns:

Unfortunately, as a small independent business, we are unable to accept returns. But if you have any concerns or questions regarding your order, please do contact us at sales@moonalchemy.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Should we exceptionally accept a return, you would be liable for any shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, otherwise the return would be void. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

 

Damages and other issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Our customer's satisfaction is the centre of our business so we will do our best to solve any issues.  

 

Exceptions and non-refundable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Exchanges:

We are unable to exchange items once shipped.

If you have received the wrong item, please do contact us at sales@moonalchemy.co.uk so we can make it right. 

 

Refunds:

In the case of any exceptional refund: we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and this is out of our control.
