Refund policy
Refunds
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds. But if you do have any concerns or questions, please contact us at sales@moonalchemy.co.uk.
Should we exceptionally accept a return, you would be liable for any shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original conditions, otherwise return would be void. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
(Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We are unable to exchange items once shipped. But please do contact us with any questions at sales@moonalchemy.co.uk.
Cancellations
We are unable to accept any cancellations once your item has been dispatched.
However if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@moonalchemy.co.uk as soon as possible and we will try our best to help.
If your parcel has already been dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.
