  1. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate

Staying hydrated is crucial during the warmer months. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps maintain your body's essential functions, from digestion to temperature regulation. 

Dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, and a decline in overall wellbeing. Incorporate hydrating foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and oranges into your diet for an extra boost of hydration. 

For a refreshing twist, add a few drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to a diffuser. Peppermint oil not only invigorates your senses but also encourages a cooling sensation, helping you stay cool and hydrated during the hottest days.

Opt for eco-friendly sun protection that doesn’t contain unnecessary harmful chemicals. We always look for a non-nano zinc based sunscreen that is natural and non-toxic for our environment.  

After a day in the sun, you could apply Lavender Essential Oil blended in a carrier oil for a soothing after-sun treatment. Alternatively, you can use Lavender Hydrosol which is extra refreshing. Lavender's calming and healing properties help reduce redness and inflammation, keeping your skin smooth and rejuvenated.

- Wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses for extra protection.
- Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 am to 4 pm).
- Use aloe vera gel with added Lavender Essential Oil for sunburn relief.
